Primed some additional parts for the LH outboard wing assembly.
Countersunk and updrilled W23-07 aft doubler plate and W23-03L #6 rib. These are ready to rivet together.
Updrilled to 3/16" the LH outbd main spar for the W17-11 and W20-04 rib attach angles. This took multiple steps because of my drill press limitations. It was necessary to always have at least two holes left one size smaller and cleco'd as I updrilled in order to be able to used the drill press on the spar and the aft angle. Because the forward angle was already attached to the forward doubler, I used the updrilled holes in the spar as a guide to updrill the forward angle by hand from the aft side. Note that the W18-15L outboard pivot plate on the spar assembly is made of 4130 steel. There is a noticeable difference when drilling thru the aluminum and hitting this. Cutting fluid helps here.
Note in image 2 that I have premade spar assembly number 27. The three sections, left, center, right are labelled 27A, 27B, 27C.
